QUALITY MANAGEMENT
For us it is important to constantly update the quality standard of the services we offer in the School. We have implemented diverse tools to guarantee the quality of our products and services.
The School has the following certificates:
In December 2023, school achieved 5-star Quality certification under the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) model version 2020. This model is a globally recognized non-prescriptive management framework that helps organizations manage change and transformation, and improve their performance. The EFQM European Model of Excellence endorses a management system that is built in a gradual, sustainable and staggered manner through its 7 levels of recognition, allowing the organization to progressively advance on the road to excellence to become an excellent organization.
The School is registered with the Bogota District Health Authorities as a health service provider. An outpatient service - General Medicine in the Medical Service - Psychology in CADI, as well as Diagnostic Support and Therapy - Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy are authorised under Resolution 3100 of 2019 of the Health Authorities.
These services meet the technical, scientific and administrative requirements to offer users safe and reliable care.
ISO 9001:2015 for the School Food Service: This service was certified by ICONTEC in 2005 and we currently hold the latest certificate.
