*This form is filled out to start the admissions process; you can fill it out after the visit or, if you already know the school and want to be part of it, you can fill it out.

It is important that before filling out the Registration form you have a digital photo of the pupil, which will be needed in the form.

Payment of the Admission Process:

The cost of the Admission Process is one hundred and eighty-five thousand pesos ($185,000 COP).

*Former parents and alumni do not have to pay for the process.

• Verify that the documents to be uploaded are of a good quality.
• If the required document has more than one page, merge them into a single file (e.g., family cover letter).
• It is important to follow the format specifications and the size required for each of the documents, it is recommended not to exceed 2MB.

Documents: 

• Civil Registry, in PDF format.
• Family Photo: Recent family photo in color, without sunglasses, hats or costumes (in JPG or PNG format).
• Family cover letter: Description of the family, names, interests and hobbies; parents' current profession and occupation and any other information they would like to share (in PDF format).
• Letter of recommendation: (Optional). It is desirable to have two letters of recommendation from families currently linked to school or from alumni, it does not apply to former families or children of alumni. (In PDF format)
• Proof of employment: For each of the parents, with salary and position. If independent, income tax return or accountant's certificate with photocopy of professional card or certificate of income and tax paid for the previous year (in PDF format).
• RUT: Of the person financially resposible for the applicant (in PDF format).

Our Open Day has a warm approach with the family, where the interdisciplinary team, through playful activities, will gather information that will allow feedback to facilitate the child's entry to the School.

You will be invited on a Saturday and the appointment will be scheduled after the requested documentation has been uploaded. 

This activity will be scheduled for the Monday or Tuesday following the Open Day and will last approximately one hour.

It is essential that both parents attend, be punctual and have the time available for its completion. Does not apply to SGS parents or alumni.

Once the information of each applicant's process is available, the Admissions Committee will assign the places and will inform the families by telephone of the result. Subsequently, an e-mail will be sent, no later than two weeks after the parents' interview, with the steps to follow for enrollment. 

Note: if you do not make use of the quota, please inform us as soon as possible, so that another applicant can take advantage of it. 

This will take place two weeks after you have been notified. 

The enrollment documents will be sent to the e-mail address given on the registration form and the Head of Admissions will contact you to give you the corresponding instructions and the corresponding payment(s) will be made according to the type of boarding plan chosen.

This procedure will take place in April 2025. At this appointment, the documents requested in the registration order must be uploaded.
